I was going to go to renew this tomorrow (I shall be going to the office along with daughter and her mother). I found out a few minutes ago we don't have a copy of the child's tabien baan entry. Will this be essential to renew it? NB GF's family are in the dark ages so a scan and email or even a fax is out of the question!)

I was pretty sure about that. I don't kinow why she was never transferred to the book for our own house! GF may try to do this today as it will avoid similar hassles in future.
