Do you mean Standard Chartered Bank or Siam Commercial?

Note that either one may well have a full branch there, and if not likely do so in the neighborhood if that helps.

The customer service number is likely on the back of your ATM card as well BTW. . .

Siam COmmercial Bank does indeed have a satellite branch at the airport.

Note - do anything banking related before you go through immigration. The 2 small branches through there are for exchange only. Even their ATM machines are only for pulling out cash, and not in Baht either; USD, Pounds and Euro.
