Talk to neighbors? They usually know what's available. (For some reason many seem reticent to do this claiming that no one nearby has internet. However I think you will find some of the younger folks will be quite savvy about what is available. If near the main road DSL is a possibility.)

Depending on your exact location you may be able to get DSL, or 3G, or Wi-NET (WiFi from TOT).

All depends on your distance from the nearest installed router, if you're on the edges you might have spotty/slower connections.

If you have a landline, that number will be in the database, or find one near you. Also have your address handy.

Call True and the other providers and ask.

You could also try emailing their tech support contact with a GoogleMap pointer to your house.

Some places have 3G wireless coverage where they haven't put DSL in yet, so check that as well by getting someone with a given service in town to come out and see if they get a signal at your house - bad weather if you want to verify quality, again can vary depending on conditions.

Don't bother researching direct satellite connections, very slow and very very expensive.
