Aberdeen-born Garry Masson was seriously injured in the incident in the Thai beach resort of Pattaya. It seems odd that this hasn't been picked-up by the local press at all - even to report the building where it happened and whether there were any extenuating circumstances in this young fellas death. Not really. I know of another guy who died after falling of the balcony of his building in Soi Excite a couple of weeks back and there was no report of it in the media.
