was a bit surprised when "k... without a crown" from rapper matisyahu was locked on youtube...

My understanding from a previous article from a few months ago was the Youtube instructed MICT how to block individual video's from being viewed by Thai IP addresses after MICT blocked all 100 million+ videos after a few were found that MICT deemed insulting to the monarchy. From the sound of this article Youtube is taking the videos off of Youtube entirely. Very different indeed. If true, I wonder why Youtube has decided that all off the world needs to be subjected to Thailand's censorship laws. Perhaps they told Youtube they would block them again if they didn't comply. After all, Bangkok did just became the city with most FB users in the world.
