I'm especially curious about the new building just south of the Peninsula, I'm pretty sure it's still under construction, but the "innards" have a very polished/finished look to them, thinking maybe it's just some avant garde architecture?

Architecturally Bangkok really sucks, anything built after 1950 is nothing but concrete and glass.

The Dusit Thani Hotel. Not a great building, by any means, but one of the very first high rise buildings in BKK.
