Am I Overstaying?

Featured Replies

Help! I have a non immigrant B visa good for 1 journey that says must be utilized before june 21 2012. I thought it was a 90 visa from time of entry which was April 5th.

I got this Visa to study for TEFL course. I'm finished with the course, but still want to stay indefinitely in Thailand. What should I do?

If you entered on 5th April you should have 90 days including the 5th. Check on your dates , 90 days from the 5th April and ends 90 days later. the date 21 June is the date you must enter before.

It looks like you should be stamped in until about the the 2nd or 3rd of July so you have a couple of days to do a border run for 15 days, fly out and in for 30 days or get a new B single outside for another 90 days.

Per above. When you entered Thailand, immigration stapmed your passport with a date. It is that date you have to leave Thailand (or ask for an extension of stay).

You do not seem to qualify for an extension of stay, so will have to leave. You must find other reasons to return to Thailand, you could get a (double)entry toruist visa in laos and return on that and start looking for work. Once you have found a job, you can apply for a new non-B visa in a neighbouring country.
