Did i see one of the family who owns the chain become a Chiang Mai Provincial Administration (PAO) Could someone confirm this it was posted in the Chiang Mai mail Maybe that is why the Hotel was torn down, funny coincidence if i am right, i could be wrong? I believe that if you follow the paper trail you will find it owned by some one who's family we do not talk about. There was talk of a new one there in two years and the picture they had hanging on the old one didn't look that much different from the old one.
