Project Takeover Reported In The Samui Express

Featured Replies

Just wondering if you guys read the article on page 2 about the old Lynx project at Choeng Mon?

In this day and age it's good to hear a positive spin on a former bankrupt builder.

The basics are that once the construction company got their last payment from the 23 or so owners of the houses, they then promptly disappeared to Buriram and Swansea.

It took years for the owners group to solve all legal issues, but now they have restarted the build with their own constructor and it's looking good for everyone who invested

their hard earned cash. There are 4 units that for whatever reason the owners were unable to join the group and their units are up for resale. However,

there should be a party of all party's up at the re-branded "Choeng Mon Gardens" site this Xmas.

Good to hear .. But anyone know about the investors from the other project ? It was people likevthat and coco which gave a bad name to samui and developers , but I believe all projects that are being advertised and sold on samui are being built and completed

Yeah. 98% of developers give the rest a bad name!

Good news Mr Candle.

Yeah it's good news for Samui and the owner, I noticed they have a group on Facebook to keep people off the island up to date.( Choeng mon Gardens) group.
