She needs a few documents from me plus the language test certificate but I am unclear about the application for her son. On her visa form there is a section for dependent children travelling with the applicant but does she need to complete a settlement visa application in his own right. I know that there are 2 separate fees which implies 2 applications but why is there a section on her application about her son? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
7by7 Posted July 9, 2012 Share Posted July 9, 2012 Yes, if her son is applying as well then he needs to submit a separate form. The section on her form is for all of her children, whether they are also applying at this time or not. They can make consecutive appointments at th UKVAC an submit one set of supporting documents.
