90 Days Reporting Question

Featured Replies

Just got my One year extension of stay.

My question on the 90 days reporting.

I will be practically going and in out of Thailand every one or two months to

nearby Malaysia.

In other words, in the whole year, I won't be staying more than 90 days.

Is it true that under such circumstances, I do not have to do the 90 days reporting.

Please kindly advise.

Thanking you all in advance.

correct report only if any stay is more than 90 days.

No need to do a 90 day report if you don't stay in the country more than 90 days. The 90 days includes your date of arrival.

I hope you remembered to get a re-entry permit when you got your extension.

Yes, OP needs a multiple reentry for 3800 baht, otherwise each exit will cost 1000 baht, or permission to stay gets extinguished on leaving Thailand.
