Five Year Thailand Driving Licence Renewal

Hi,

If you have renewed your 5 year Thailand car driving licence recently I would be obliged if you would kindly tell me what you had to do, and what forms, if any, you had to take.

1) 2 "affidavit of residence" certificate from Immigration Office, for both car and Motobike

2) Copy of your Passport Face Page and copy of your valid Visa

3) Medical Certificate (physical) no more than a month old.

4) Your Old licenses

seems some take doctors certificate others don, i did not.

Go to office near regents school preferably in early morning or after lunch, do the reactione eye site test etc, watch the vidieo thats about it.
