Condo Delivery Policy Angers Pizza Deliveryman

Featured Replies

In my condo no hot food is allowed in the elevator. The delivery boys are always reluctant to my order for the 29th floor.

That is one of the craziest policies I've ever heard of. What a horrible place to live

You must get plenty of exercise carrying the KFC up the stairs.

Stops those horrible smells in the lifts too.

Policy is not excessive. Complaining like that is though. I'd find a different pizza company to order from next time.

sounds like a well run business.

This, on the other hand is way over the top. What if you bring your own food from outside? You have to walk up yourself with it?

The apartments I used to live in would allow delivery guys up even though it was a swipe card elevator. The reception would call me first to check that I had a delivery and if I confirmed they'd let the guy up.

I would blacklist someone who made me wait for a very long time before coming down to get his food too. Time is money.

In my building there is a service elevator specifically intended for smelly/dirty people/things.

Sadly not everyone realises that they should be in it.
