I would try Amorn at the IT Mall on Rama 9.

Amorn is useless.

Futurelec at Rama 4 and Sukhumvit, ETT near there, Natthapong at Zeer Rangsit or Ban Mor, RS Online have many embedded products.

As for Arduino, think you'll have to order online. Personally, I think if you're serious, Arduino is a girly solution. Real men program on metal.

Buy any one of a number of single-board microcontrollers, and make your own gizmo.
