Tiffany Internet. Problems?

I live in an apt. and we have TMN internet service. I pay 350 baht for a 1 month card but the service only works 30% of the time and stops every night at 10:10.

Every day I call them to complain and every day it is the same response; "Tomorrow we send technician to fix." Tomorrow still not working then it comes on around 1:00pm but again quits at 10:10pm.

Today when I called the man I spoke with actually said; "Your landlord not pay for a modem/router." but I told him AGAIN that yes there is one on each floor and it works sometimes so it is not that my landlord not buy modem. He actually replied; "You only one in building to complain. Maybe you very stupid na ka." I said yes maybe because I am the only one in the building stupid enough to buy your internet. His response was; "Tomorrow we send technician na ka."

Has any one else had problems with Tiffany? Yes I have already talked with True Home Internet to see if I can get it.

regardless, why not just change providers?
