First Year University Student suspected of selling drugs by Sattahip Narcotics Officers

SATTAHIP:--A first year University student has been arrested and charged with supplying class 1 drugs in the Sattahip District area.

The case, undertaken by officers from the District Narcotics Unit began with the arrest of a drug user, Khun Suwitchai aged 36 at his home. He was more than willing to provide Police with information on his supplier, a 21 year old woman, Khun Chutima. The arrestee contacted her and ordered 12 Yabba Tablets which were due to be handed over in exchange for marked bank notes.

The transaction did not take place as she appeared suspicious of Police involvement. Depsite the lack of a sale, the student, Khun Chutima was approached and detained. She revealed that the 12 Yabba Tablets were being kept concealed in her Bra and confessed to selling drugs to fund her University studies.
