In general, the copy services around universities are quite cheap. For example there are a couple of very professional copy shops below the Chulalongkorn University Book Store in Siam Square that charge only a half a baht (50 satang) per copy, which is one tenth of the price you mentioned in your message.

I walked into my local one . It was 30 satang a page. There are tonnes of them. Just ask students.

First floor in Pantip 1 Baht each.

Rip off. More than 3 times my local... 555+

I was over at the Immigration Office Chang Wattana downstairs they have a nice copy shop 1 baht a copy and 4 photos for 100 baht. had a lot of customers. Cheers
