When I made last year my visa extension, I needed from the register office in Thailand, where we married a copy of the wedding papers. This paper must again be issued each year or hands the paper from the last year?

You take your original copy of the marriage certificate and obtain a Xerox copy (from any copy shop) that you both sign and hand to immigration. Have the original with you in case they want to check it. In my experience they only required this the first years but I would have it just in case you are asked.
