Far too many to mention them all but a few favourites spring to mind.....

From "Zoolander"

From "Mystery Men"

Captain Amazing confronts the evil Casanova Frankenstein.....

C.A."I knew you couldn't change."

C.F."I knew you'd know that."

C.A."Oh I know that - and I knew you'd know that I'd know you knew."

C.F."Ah, but I didn't. I only knew that you'd know that I knew. Did you know that?"

(Captain Amazing looks bemused...)

And from "The Naked Gun," the whole opening scene where Frank beats up a room full of terrorist sponsoring dictators planning dastardly deeds against the U.S.

The only film where I got a stitch from laughing before the opening titles came up.

I'm a bit surprized no one has mentioned "Animal House" IMO one of the funniest movies ever. Many great scenes.

'The Lost Boys' had some moments too!

willy wonkas comment: "dont touch the squirrels nuts. they'll go crazy" had me laughing for ages in the cinema. i dont think it translated into Thai very well because I was the only one laughing at it!

Shrek (First one) blowing up the animals like balloons and the bird that explodes, excellent......also the penguins from Madagascar...superb
