Looking For Hotel For Afternoon Business Meetings

Featured Replies

I am looking for a middle rated hotel to rent for 2 or 3 hours during the afternoon..looking for a clean reasonably attractive room in which to take my clients to conduct business meetings

I think moost members are watching the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games or there could be some very interesting answers. I will sit back and wait.

Your joking. Not even a clue as to what area.

Not even how often. Once a week Every day?

The bar girl knows plenty of hotels in which to conduct your 'meeting'.

There is one at the top of Loy Kroh on the other side of the moat.

Cheap too.

For business meetings I use the dining room at the Chedi often , quiet and free wifi and the drinks and teas are very reasonable if I are talking legit business.

Aruntara is a very quiet hotel by the riverside with a quiet cafe you can rent for business proposals presentations etc...I have not use this place personally but saw it during one of my recent stays

If u just need a room :-) I agree with the comments above

Uniserv on campus used to be a nice venue with larger rooms available also. haven't been there in a long time though. Agreee with others there are some nice lounge areas in Chedi, or Shangrila that would be ok.

Not watching the ceremony, but don't dare to post any suggestions on this sub forum. tongue.png

Well that was my first thought but he kind of put a cap on the price with mid range.

Theres a nice place on the southwestern corner of Chiang Mai Land, they even have a curtain to close behind your car after you drive into your room area, presumably to keep the dust off, very considerate really.

If your business partners are local then they will likely know of a suitable place for a meeting. Or do you have a specific budget and if so, what is it? And does the location matter?

Meetings with clients in a hotel room ? Yeah riiighhhhhhhhhhhhhttttttt.

About as professional and upstanding as a nigerian telemarketer.

Come on, proper hotels all have a business center and meeting rooms of varying sizes.

Some come with circular bed sand team-sized jacuzzis specifically for brainstorming sessions.
