You might be better changing the money in HK, although you then run into the situation where a lot of people will accept HKD at par to MOP so you wind up losing another 3% Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

KED Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 In my experiences of traveling, it is always best to convert Thai baht to Euro or USD within Thailand and then exchange in other countries when traveling. Even a with all the high-rolling Thai's who visit Macau - I think it is very difficult to get a good exchange rate for THB in any country except in border towns.
