When you take Soi Siam Country Club rd out to the lake you will see the main entrance to the lake. Sometimes the gate is open and sometimes closed. You can park inside if it's open but maybe just park on the street. The lake is huge and you can ride all around it if you want. Can't really explain or give you lengths. Just go there and you will figure it out. Or just keep following the road around the lake and park anywhere you want.

Never been out that far - is it possible to run around the lake ?

I've tried running on the sea-front but the prom is an obstacle course - its like 'It's a KO down there'

Starting from the viewpoint near the naval station on top of Pratumnak hill there are several steep mountain bike trails that run down through the forest. They seem to be regularly used by the locals.

Hi. Yes used for some competitions too, but be carefull each time you arrive on a pedestrial walk because there is a trench on the side and wodden bridges they put over during competitions are not always still here or in place !

If you put 'Pattaya mountain bike' into YouTube you'll find some video of these trails.
