I was wondering if anyone had any information on if Thai Company Limited's are taxed on foreign income? I know on the Personal Income Tax level, individuals are not taxed on foreign earned income unless they bring the money into Thailand.

My question is, do Thai Corporations follow the same tax structure? What if a Thai company invests in a foreign stock market and earns money on dividends and capital gains? Is it tax-free as long as it is reinvested abroad? Thanks

It is the same structure. Income made abroad must be recorded in the accounting books and is subject to tax.
