WonnabeBiker
Hi All the thing is, I'm working when they open. Maybe a resident has the notary seal and would like to make a quick $ 200? I dread asking for a day off because of that... Thanks, Chris
BarnicaleBob
If anyone in Chiang Mai other than the U.S. Consulate is a notary, they would be bonded as such to be one in a State or U.S. territory. Therefore the only place their notary seal would be legal would be when used within the State or territory they are authorized to be a notary in and not in Chiang Mai.
