check the meter reading. maybe the unit of measurement was read incorrectly and billed that way. it can happen ... close all the valves (toilet, faucets, washing machine, etc.) in your apartment, then check if the water meter is still running ... check each water fixture to see if water is constantly running, especially the toilet ... please give us some feedback. it would be nice to know what you find. good luck!

It is not about any town in particular but the video is filmed in Southend on Sea over 50 miles away. Surprised you listen to Morrissey though given his very based political views. What a legend.
