90 Day Report Maptaphut

Featured Replies

Just for info, did 90 day report today at Maptaphut (Rayong).

Only requirements were passport, TM card and tear-off slip from previous report. No copies or proof of address needed.

Seemed busy today, there were 7 before me for 90 day report, but still out in 20 minutes. One slightly odd thing, next report date is 11 Dec, must have set the stamp wrong as its not 90 days (unless the brains failing, which is possible).

Without questioning your mental status, Dec11 would be 90 days from today -

An online date calculator I used said 10 Sept + 90 days was Dec 9th (which is a Sunday anyway). But anyway there's no problem, if they say 11 Dec then that's when I'll go.

Note, my mental status is queried often rolleyes.gif

By my reckoning it is actually 8 Dec, which falls on a Sat this year (don't forget that your reporting date counts as Day 1 towards the next 90-day period). In my experience Maptaput stamp the following Mon as the renewal date for the next report when the due date falls on a weekend (e.g. when I submitted my last report on 17 Jul, they stamped the renewal date as being Mon 15 Oct despite this theoretically falling the day before). And the OP has presumably been stamped a renewal date of Tue 11 Dec on the grounds that, in common with all immigration offices, Maptaput will be closed on Mon 10 Dec for HM's Birthday.

Some clarity now, ref OJAS post above Mon 10 Dec is a national holiday, constitution Day, not Kings Birthday, that's the 5th Dec.

Have never spotted that Maptaphut stamped the next working day, wonder how long they have been doing that ? But thanks anyway for the info.

Thanks for the correction regarding the 10 Dec holiday. Looks like I, too, am probably eligible for membership of the Thaivisa Brain Failure Clublaugh.png
