Do western men know their worth?
It’s honestly disappointing to see such a reductive and judgmental take on two people’s relationship—especially one that’s based on outdated gender roles and personal bias. Reducing Taylor Swift to her age, political views, and "emotional baggage" while propping up Travis Kelce as some kind of prize to be lost or won not only ignores who they are as individuals but also reveals a toxic way of viewing relationships—as transactions based on status, looks, or reproductive value. You don’t know either of them personally. To say Kelce “doesn’t seem as happy” is speculation, not insight. And framing Swift as someone he could “do better” than is pure misogyny dressed up as concern. The idea that men “need to know their worth” only seems to come up when they’re dating women who don’t fit someone else’s narrow ideal. Maybe the more relevant question is: Do people still know how to value connection, character, and respect over shallow assumptions? -

Book and Appointment at Amphur Office 1st. Get a full list of their requirements (have them sign and date that list). Then go and get all the required documentation needed (that may take a lot of faffing about - which for many is why they don't bother). Ultimately - only you can decide if its worth it. Given the hassles you keep encountering, it might simply be easier to get the Certificate of Residence each time you need it. For me: the Amphur office put up some resistance, even stated my Visa was invalid etc. We pushed, got and appointment - which they gave us 3 months away !!!... (I guess hoping we'd give up). Come appointment time, I had all the documentation.. (which as I live in BKK was relatively easy to come by but with a bit of legwork - to Embassy and MFA). The Amphur officer at first reluctant, but lightened up - the paper work took her over an hour (nearly two perhaps)... Getting the pink ID was an additional 15 mins at the same office. Ultimately - it just depends if the leg work of getting this 'one' document (Yellow Book) will save you time and effort down the line if needing repeated CoR's etc... or opening Bank accounts etc - only you can decide if its worth while. -

The crash, which occurred on Phetkasem Road, left 11 of the 28 passengers—both Thai and foreign nationals—injured. Many escaped by breaking windows. Emergency services responded swiftly, and injured passengers were hospitalised. The driver cited slippery conditions from light rain as the cause. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident. -

Returned to Thailand with two valid passports
You tried to post this on a f/b visa advice group too and I messaged you (BUT you didn't see the message) 😞 So you arrived July 7th 2025, you had a yearly extension and a re-entry permit in the old passport The extension and re-entry were good until Aug 8th 2025 right? and that's how long you got stamped in for on the old passport, correct? There is no "must have 6 months validity on a passport" rule, you have a valid extension and re-entry permit so were stamped in until that expires You can apply for your next extension (the one that you will need to get SOON) on the alternate passport from your country (which sounds like it's NOT a renewal passport but is just one of those "I need two passports" dealyz is between you and the immigration office were you get the extension However If I was a betting man, I'd bet dollars to durian that unless that second passport is a replacement for the one that will expire (the one that has your current extension in it) they will NOT let you get a new extension inked into the alternate passport As I said that's between you and the immigration office where you get your extension You DID get stamped in correctly, they should NOT have stamped you in on the alternate passport 🙂
