On the Andriod devices it is called "Thai TV Free" on Google Play / Store and yes it works 100% - even has besides BBC World, Sky News UK and many more for free

Thanks J. TV Thai seems pretty good ... but BBC news was jumping all over the place yesterday. This morning even jumped into abc news for a bit. ....

Also about to look at ThaiTunes.

Anyone plug their pads into their telly? If so, what method works well??

Hi Solo, I watch on the big screen via the iPod or iPhone by hooking the hdmi cable from the tv into a digital AV adaptor(bought from istudio)

the adaptor works well, been using it most nights for streaming movies from the iPad directly to the big screen

On your Android tablets, simply use the HDMI out cable on the TAB to the HDMI IN on the TV works a ripper for me.

Do you still have your Dreambox?

Do you have a satellite dish?

If "yes" to both then turn your dish towards Vietnam and pick up Vinasat. I get two versions of BBc World News.

Yes, this is horrible. BBC made the decision to stop broadcasting free on Livestation. At this point, I know of no place you can watch free on the web.

Guess you mean buffering? Unless Thai TV removes the buffering it is all but useless. On Android maybe try World News Live 24 which is much smoother?

Hi I'm unfamiliar with the technology relating to buffering but from a personal experience I find watching Thai tunes and thaiTv to have much less issues with buffering than watching either BBC or ITV iplayer for example

I have found only way to watch BBC iPlayer is through a VPN if using True ISP. Other ISP's allow use of DNS jumper, which is faster and no buffering. ITV iPlayer works with either on True.

Yes it has free DVB-S or SD Channels for your Dreambox but not in English - http://www.lyngsat.com/Vinasat-1.html

if you still have a small UBC dish with a universal LNB and want a bit of news in English on it (not much more in English though) then NSS6 satellite (http://www.lyngsat.com/NSS-6.html ) might be the way to go, or even over on ABS 1 ( http://www.lyngsat.com/ABS-1.html )it has English but mostly god based channels.

If you want to change the dish then there are endless options with BBC all over the place,
