I need a bent Versys inner fork tube to practice pressing off the end casting rather than take a chance and bugger my good one in the learning process

The Dealer is no help as the insurance company wants all the bent bits back, and no bike wreckers here in CM

Try and get a workshop manual. It may have a few hints in it on doing the job without cocking it up.

The workshop manual and parts manual is no help and shows this as one piece. It is sold as one piece.

It cannot be made as one piece and the end casting and the tube can only be pressed together, most likely using some soft of locktight. I want to test this theory on a bent fork tube rather than bugger my good one testing my hypothesis

So anyone have one?

Come to Patong some d!ckhead will surly trach one before the weekend! That being said I can ask out local "salavage guy"
