Mystery surrounds Cambodian woman found dead on road in Sattahip

SATTAHIP:--A young Cambodian woman was left on a road with her personal belongings early on Friday Morning and was later found dead by Police.

The woman, thought to be aged around 25 was carrying 4,500 Baht and some Cambodian currency. She had sustained a fatal head trauma and her clothes were strewn across the road in the Samaer San area in Sattahip. The unusual discovery left Police unsure of what led to her death.

They can only surmise at this point that she may have either fallen or was pushed off a fast moving vehicle which failed to stop at the scene. Police guess that the woman was an illegal immigrant working at a construction site nearby.
