Councilman lobbies for Jomtien Beach erosion funds

Friday, 21 September 2012 Issue Vol. XX No. 38 By Phasakorn Channgam

Granite blocks have been placed in southern areas of Jomtien Beach to help slow erosion. Councilman Thongchai Ardzong is calling for Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome to reallocate some of the funds

This project in Jomtien looks alot better than the mess in progress at North Pattaya in front of Dusit Thani.

The giant sandbags that are already shifting and breaking up at the water line + the truck tires dumped onto the beach/bluff

are a shambles. If the city does not have a civil engineeer they need to get one from somewhere. India , Australia ?
