We are seeking a dynamic, multi-talented individual to join our team as an administrative officer.

Administrative Officer

Work Description:

As administrative officer you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and be in contact with R|O|B’s customers to perform general customer service and update relevant information. Also setting appointments with new prospects for the sales team will be part of your job.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related fields.

• Three years experience

• Excellent command of English and experience working in a diverse, international environment.

• Good command of MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop would be an advantage

• Good understanding of the Internet, social networks and search engines

• Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative.

• Team-oriented
