Schedule Of Long Boat Races In Thailand

I know this is the time of year for the traditional long boat races on the Chao Praya river or other large rivers. But I can't find a schedule that tells where and when each weekend's races will be held. Can anyone advise where I can find a schedule of these races? Or, does anyone know where the races will be held in the upcoming weekends? I appreciate any info you can provide.
