Armed man later arrested after he fails to stop for Police in East Pattaya

PATTAYA:--A 25 year old man was arrested and caught with a firearm after he failed to stop for Police in East Pattaya early on Thursday morning.

Officers were on patrol in Soi Kao Ta Lo and spotted two men on a motorbike who appeared nervous when they saw Police. The bike driver, later named as Khun Pityan, was ordered to pull over but instead sped-up and a chase ensued.

Luckily for Police, they were on faster motorbikes and were able to stop the two men. Both were taken to a nearby Police Box with their handgun and 10 cartridges. Khun Pityan, confessed to ownership of the weapon and failing to stop for Police
