Non-Imm Oa Retirement M Entry Visa - Still Good Or Expired?

I have the above issued 19 Nov 2010 - enter before 18 Nov 2011. I arrived 18 Jan 2011 and planned a long stay; however I became ill and returned to US 7 April 2011 to find out I was dealing with Hep-C. After successful treatment I'm thinking of returning. My assumption is the Visa is expired and I'm back at step one, but nothing on the visa indicates an expire date so if someone can clarify this for me I would be appreceiative. Thanks in advance.

Enter before 18 Nov. 2011 is the expiry date of the visa. You will have to start all over again.

A non-O visa is just as good, and doesn't require a police and medical check. Just proof of enough income.

Downpoint is that you only get 3 months instead to 1 year on arrival, but extending it for 1 year is exactly the same procedure.
