I have visited many villages and most are just ugly without decoration or plants.

View talay villa is nice with green everywhere + nice little houses with pool.

Do you know any other nice village around Pattaya Jomtien that looks as nice as Viewtalay villa ?

If View Talay villa is so beautiful and nice, then why you want toget through the hassle of finding another one.

Why not buy or rent there right away?

I sometimes rent a house at Majestic for the weekend and like it. I might be interested in buying.

I know residents of View Talay Villas. To say they have had problems is kind. Selling and getting your original costs, let alone your upgrades is very problematical.

View Talay Villa's is overpriced and most houses are on very small plots.

Looked at them about 6 or 7 years ago and if you're willing to look about you can find something with better build quality on a larger plot for a lot less money.

Just behind it there is Jomtien Park Villas. Similar concept, similar prices.

I think that you will find the property values to vary by location. There is a vast difference between say Silk Rd or Majestic Residence due to location.
