Rooo Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 Samui Island, or Ko Samui, in the southern province of Surat Thani will be the venue for the next mobile Cabinet meeting, the seventh of its kind under the Yingluck Shinawatra administration. I am led to believe that a certain candidate for the next Samui election has borrowed an amount of 2 with eight zeros(baht) from a financial institution to attempt to 'win' the chance to manage/govern Samui. Couldn't believe it really at first but when I read that Samui District is seeking a 5-billion baht fund from the Cabinet it all makes sense.
