It looks like some kind of larvae,obviously an infestation of the water tanks there,you need to conact the owner of the building or maintenance company.

I was quite sick several years ago while in Koh Phi Phi. Felling like throwing up, I went to the toilet, got into position, looked down...and there was a worm in the bowl, just like the ones in this video. I ended up not throwing up...amazingly enough.

Wonder wot would happen if you ingested one of those things? mellow.png

Tubefex blood worms I would think. And nothing 'serious' would happen (if that's what they are). Of much more concern would be hookworm infections through the skin and/or tapeworm eggs.
