Modern, Light, Airy Office Space On Changklan Or Nearby

I've got friend who likes the life just a bit south of the main area of town and also not the super busy and trendy Nimman or Huay Kaew areas. He likes the local feel and just wants to separate his work place from him home, so he can perhaps work on his projects with better focus. His budget's in the area or 4,000-6,000 B/ per month. It may be asking alot. Anybody ever rent an office on Changklan, Charoen Prathet or even Charoen Rat (east side of river) they were happy with for a price like that ?

Apparently Santhitam has a few options that fit the bill, but again, he prefers south of town if possible.

He understands there will be other costs like electricity and so forth, and just asked that a tv savvy friend to put out some feelers on his behalf.
