lopburi3
Never been better for me. True 512/256. Local test only 425 (been low several weeks). Speakeasy test to SF 425/204. So appears international running at full local speed. Believe someone mentioned something about a Feb 3 virus yesterday?

lopburi3
It is a mass mailing type virus so don't open anything the next couple of days. TV has been very intermittent today. And going into control panel pages has required several minute wait. Other sites seem to be fine.
Mighty Mouse
Sloooow is an understatement for today. If I click on a page it takes four sips of a cold VB before the page displays. I was blaming my ISP but I think the problem could be at the Thailand end. Would it be possible if one of the mods could slip into flippers and a snorkle and go check the cable between Thailand and Australia? Perhaps one of those jet ski riders has snagged the cable and dragged it out of position.

ChiefBEM
Ages it takes to open anything. Earlier this morning on true and now on M-web. Perparation for the Sondhi rally tomorrow? I clicked to reply to this message at 11:11PM Texas Time Which is 12:11PM Thailand Time (I think.) The reply screen just came up at 11:16PM Texas 12:16PM Thailand. When I signed-on to the forum it took 5 minutes for the sign-on screen to appear then after I signed-on it took another 5 minutes to go to the forum. I asked for postings since I last signed-on and the same thing 5 minutes for the screen to appear.
sriracha john
3 minutes and 15 seconds it took to open the page of this very appropriately titled thread. Dial-up going at dinosaur speed. Is the net jammed with 1,000,000 cyber-cops tracking down 1,000,000 porno sites? Is this what we have to look forward to on a daily basis from all the intervention by the ICT ministry clogging things up, blocking this and banning that? Tywais
Is the net jammed with 1,000,000 cyber-cops tracking down 1,000,000 porno sites? Probably examining the sites very closely to be sure if it is porn or not. My university connection is basically running at modem speeds right now. However google thailand is very fast, nearly instantaneous.
Plus
It was ok before 9 (Thailand), then, sometimes before 11, TV just froze. Other traffic had no problem whatsoever. I tried to post in this thread but couldn't wait for so long. Froze on "senging request to..." after downloading the top banner. Back to normal now. Was it a problem with TV server? Or maybe just lost packets?
lopburi3
TRUE is reporting 60% of international circuits down presently - although seem to be working ok for me.
george
Our server is ok, but it's routing problems in the US right now. Looks like the Singapore IX having packet losses to US.
