Where would I find a vaporizer in Bangkok?

I do not intend to use it illegally.

I have been unable to smoke a while now due to the bacteria infection in my throat so I thought a vaporizer would help.

I haven't found any and decided to order some from the states. Is there a reason they are not around here? There are e-cigarettes sold everywhere but no true loose leaf vaporizers.
