Hi guys

I have been searching through all the various visa options and info on this site but am still somewhat confused over which one to go for.

I am visiting thailand for two month to vist my girlfriend (thai) before returning to the UK for a 2wk period. Then it will back to Thailand for a few more month - not sure exactly how long yet it depends on how things go - but obviously only for up to a year. During this time i may explore any possible teaching options if i find boredom getting the better of me!

I think the best one to go for would be the non-imm type 'O' as i believe it is possible to get a work permit with this should i start working. But I am unsure as to whether anyone can apply for this and also the application form asks how long your stay in thailand will be - i guess you cant go wrong if you answer anything within the validity of the visa?

Anyway i would really appreciate some advice as i leave beginning march so have left things rather late and certainly need to get my act together! Thanks all!

Multi entry non immigrant O from a small consulate in UK is what you want.
