staalung Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I have an apartment in a Condominium in Phuket. The condominium has been running for 3 years now, and the last two years the management has been doing a great job. Now some owners have taken over “the board”, and their plan is to make a commercial business on holiday rental, car and bike rental and bar, with the Juristic Condominium as owners. My questions are: 1. Is it legal to make commercial business where you have a Juristic Condominium as owner in Thailand? 2. If it legal, how can they assure there is no risk for the owners? 3. Is it any paragraph in the Thai law which I can refer too? Thank you very much
