Where And How To Recruit Thai Workers

Try 2. I think I need to rephrase the question of my previous post.

Where and how can I recruit Thai employees? I'm sure there are more than a few entrepreneurs in Thailand who have needed to tap the Thai labour market, specifically professionals, and who might be able to point me in a few directions, such as web sites, recruitment agencies, classifieds, job boards, etc.

The professionals I seek would need a background in tooling design engineering, die construction and/or servicing-maintaining-troubleshooting dies in a manufacturing environment.
