The army shot them, where can i collect my money?

If you need evidence, I am sorry I cannot provide this as they (the army) was very careful about not letting recording devices they didnt control anywhere near their killing spree.

Really? So the army went in and confiscated the mobile phones off of every protestor, before they came back and began a "killing spree"? Someone has really missed out on a major report there. And there was I thinking it was the reds that disabled all the cctv cameras in the area too. You should go and see Chalerm about getting your money, you wouldn't want to miss out on your motivation would you?

From 13/12/2011...

The armed "Men in black", much mentioned during last year's political violence, are in the media limelight again after Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yoobamrung yesterday claimed those men donnedpolice uniforms during the day.

"I would like to reiterate here that they are policemen," Chalerm said.

He went on to say that a group of policemen from the Northeast carried out the assassination of Army specialist Maj-General Khattiya Sawasdiphol.

Khattiya was fatally shot while giving an interview to the media at the red-shirt rally in the heart of Bangkok in May last year.

"I am following up on this case," Chalerm said.

Chalerm is either a buffoon or someone who is not doing his job. He's getting paid by taxpayers to catch criminals. Instead, the best he can do is say he knows who the criminals are. That's as good as it gets with Chalerm at the helm of law enforcement.

That's like me saying, "I know who violently raped your your daughter, but even though I'm chief of police, I'm not going to tell you who it is. And furthermore, I'm going to pretend to do something about it, but all I'm really going to do is have a private little chat with the rapist. You got a problem with that?"

"Oh, and later, I'm going to say I never knew who the rapist was, and I'll even question whether she was raped at all, despite blood all over her dress. Heck, maybe your 12 year old daughter raped the 48 year old man."

So this is the compensation paying game again, so the DSI is practically saying:

"We take backseat on our lazy a*******es, we don't give a f******king dam_n anymore about what happened 2 years ago with all that murder.... We just publish a reward attracting people stupid enough to fall for it, now leave us alone already, we are missing on our share of corruption money with the Pheu Thai, that we receive under the table to SAVE FACE....

Bottomline is, the DSI is an equally blood money corrupted department bribed by the ruling Pheu Thai government dogs

2010 POLITICAL VIOLENCE

DSI offers Bt1m for info in each of seven cases

Romklao Thuwatham

BANGKOK: -- The Department of Special Investigation has put a Bt1-million bounty on each of the seven unsolved cases in connection with the 2010 political strife.

"The money will be paid to those who were present at the scene and can provide information leading to the arrest of killers," DSI director-general Tarit Pengdith said yesterday.

He added that the DSI just wanted tip-offs and would not put informers on the witness stand or involve them in the trial proceedings at any stage.

The cases include the killing of Colonel Romklao Thuwatham and five soldiers during crowd-control operations on Rajdamnoen Avenue in April 2010 and the killing of Maj General Khattiya "Seh Daeng" Sawasdipol on Silom Road in May 2010. Also included are deaths of foreign journalists Hiroyuki Muramoto and Fabio Polenghi; the M-79 attack against Pol Sgt Major Witthaya Phromsamlee outside the U-Chuliang building and the gun attack on Pol Lance Corporal Kannupat Lertchanpen on Silom Road. The seventh case in which information is being sought is the fatal shooting of conscripted soldier Narong Sara.

In a related development, retired acting national police chief Patheep Tanprasert delivered his statement to the DSI outlining his role at the Centre for the Resolution of the Emergency Situation, which was set up to rein in the red-shirt rally.

Separately, commenting on the presence of "men in black", Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yoobamrung said he believed the issue should be more about the wrongdoers and not men in black.

"I don't know about these men in black, but regardless of their existence, the government at the time had no right to disperse crowds, which ended up with 98 people being killed," he said.

He said that Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva tried to revive the issue of the men in black because he was desperate now that arrest was imminent for his links to the crackdown.

He added that the Democrats, true to form, were undermining their own popularity by campaigning against the men in black.

Meanwhile, Pheu Thai spokesman Promphong Nopparit filed a complaint at Lumpini police station charging Abhisit and four other Democrats with slander.

This case stems from the Democrat rally held at Lumpini Park on Saturday in which Abhisit claimed that there were links between former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra and the men in black.

Promphong said Thaksin was in no way involved in the matter and that Abhisit was trying to incite hatred by smearing him. He also named Suthep Thaugsuban, Sirichok Sopha, Korn Chatikavanij and Sathit Pitutecha as accomplices.

""Separately, commenting on the presence of "men in black", Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yoobamrung said he believed the issue should be more about the wrongdoers and not men in black.""

Is this because he knows they are "One and the Same" Or he confused himself? Or trying to confuse us??

If he really wants to end this issue, then

1: Reissue new ID's Patches and Uniforms only available in one or two "High Security Installations"

2: Anyone caught with any Official Police issued gear. 10 Year Prison sentence, If they provide information to how, where and when it was obtained, Reduce to 5 Year. If they provide Imformation leading to "Arrest and Conviction Reduce to 2.5 Year," and family would recieve Medical and Dental free for the period of 2.5 Years.

3: Anyone Convicted of Supply, would be facing Charges of Treason against the State and against "The Kingdom of Thailand" each count placed on them would face a Maximum Sentence, with no chance of Parole!

4: Any Government Offical Outside the Judical System, interferring would also face similar Charges.

5: Anyone Interferring in any ongoing Judicial Procedure, would have to explain in person to Supreme Court Justice's . If reason is not accepted, The would face charges of Interference with a Criminal Investigation and be stripped of of Government Status and Benifits, not returnable.

6: The Judical System Swore an Oath (and they are bound by their word) to the "King and Royals" when they accepted the Office They now hold. If they brake this oath, they would have to answer to HRM the King and his Royal Guard.

7: Any Offical Police Duties the the cases before the Judicial System in reguard to formentioned Cases. The Royal Guard should be the named Party to assist Courts in any Action Deemed necessary to be followed. If Necessary this would be an Order to fulfill Worldwide! Any Country that would come within contact, any concerned Police or Military Office would be obliged to Cooperate Completely.

I am tired of seeing the wanta-be's reading news on who, who's wife or whatever... acted without offical juristriction and legal appointment to harass, Cheat, Threaten, kill.... the list goes on.

In any other Country being an Officer of the Law. Is a Privilege. To Falsely represent is a Serious Crime, thus not treated lightly. Police Officers should respect their Position and Post. Whatever was the past doing erase it. I understand the jokes that are going to be made about this Posting, But if the right Person reads it, and issues orders to put into play just some of what was spoken about. Then my Faith and Trust in Thailand would be answered. I was overwhelmed 45 years ago with the Care and Love Thailand showed me. I promised to return that to them when I returned. I am trying to do that!

Newspapers, News Broadcasts should REALLY inform the public of what is happening, Truthfully, If they are interferred with let Our Judical System Protect them. Thailands most Precious Commodity is its People, They put their trust in the Members of whatever Party to get them elected. Regardless whether they have money or not... They are Citizens, with a right to demand answers, to be treated with Dignity and Respect. You in the Government... Want to remain in Office.. Remember who voted you in, in the first place. Citizens of Thailand... remember who "Really", has the last word.As long as we have a Decocratic Society, and it's Citizens are treated, correctly as mandated by Human Rights Legislation Worldwide. Our Government here needs to pay attention and Listen!

Thailand want to increase it Tourisim???

Doesn't anyone think these Ideas would be a "GOOD PLACE TO START"?? To Build the Trust for Visitors First. To show there is some Concern for their Safety and Security while here... Duh??????

Don't worry Guys... If anything happens to me. I have lived a Good Life, Done everything I wanted. Married the Woman of my Dreams (She Happens to be Thai) My Girls would grieve, but I look at that as a Maturing Factor. Maybe I should have died during the Vietnam war, but I didn't... Sooo.... if I die here, what to gain? I have never Lied, Stolen or Cheated. I HAVE fulfilled a dream and returned... Promises Made.. are Promises Kept! If I have opened some wounds or angered anyone with these Ideas, I have spoken the truth. If the truth HURTS... Bring it on.. at least everyone will already have a starting point with any investigation. If I get erased, it won't be easy... to many People know where to look! and who I am...

"The Past, Present and Future are all Participles, AGAIN.... when I sit here and Look at the Beauty that's around me... What Participle of Me is Where...."
