A week or two ago, I had no problem installing TSM 12.1....from a CD.

I just followed the easy prompts fromESRI, and all went well.

NOW...I am trying to install TSM 12.3, as well as firmware updates...with no info from Esri about how to go about it.

I downloaded this new stuff from ESRI's website.

Can any kind soul give me a step-by-step walk thru, about how to get the info from my computer....into my Nuvi2565.

Have ESRI (GPS society) send you the CD. That is the easy way with detailed instructions included.
