finewine
Just come back from my annual visit to north Yasothon province. Great to have had so much sunny weather, if not so good for the rice. We usually stay at the Pu Din hotel, but where have all the farangs gone? I was looking forward to treating myself to a good English breakfast opposite (near the Glass House). Now closed - what happened? Also there was a Thai place across the main street which did French Fries, frequented by farangs, but this also appeared closed. I did find 2 Tesco's (Kut Chum and Lueng Nok Tha) plus a KFC in the new Big C complex in Yasothon. Ah well, last week was good for my diet! Finally, just to say that, as we stayed in the village (Kham Toei) it is such a pleasure to see all the children playing outside and really enjoying themselves.
