Is Pattaya A Good Place For Networking With Other It And Business Professionals?

Ok, don't worry, I will not post campaign info here.

Back to the main subject.

Been thinking a bit about Bangkok too lately. But Pattaya is more appealing. I've only been there for two days but I had a happy feeling when standing on the pier and also when visiting Ko Larn. Lots of youth, many Asian tourists, lots of energy in the air.

lots of energy in the air.

certainly, but what did you successfully crowdfund in the past?

Go to a network function and let it be known you have money to invest. See what happens.

It will look like a chicken thrown in a Piranha pond :D

As IT business is a rather small investment (your assets is your brain and the people that work with you), I wonder what kind of investment volume you are looking at. I am aware that crowdfunding caters to small investments, but hey, setting up an IT company costs you 2 or 3 desks, as many computers and you are in business. Can be done with say....250,000 baht? Plus some working capital?

May I ask how long you have been living in Thailand, especially Pattaya? Be aware that there are more cowboys and wannabes in this town than anywhere else I have been to.

If you want to network with the best and brightest sexpats the world has to offer - its a great place! Lol
