Is Thai Immigration At Chaeng Wattana Open This Monday Oct 29?

I remember being able to find their holiday schedule on their website before but it mysteriously disappeared or is buried somewhere under all the terrible jumbled Thaiglish translation links.

So is the immigration office open on the 29th or not?
