I get a non immigrant visa O on 29 th july 2012.

Immigration service tell me i can have a one year visa (i have got all paper for do it) but unfortunately i make a mistake with days.

Non O visa finish on 26 th october (And not on 29 th october)

Do you think i can apply for this one year non O visa on monday? so i have 3 Days overstay.

Or i have to do a visa run on monday.

And then apply for 1 year visa

You are asking about a 12 Month Extension of Stay, not a Visa.

I would say no but there is no harm in asking.

You never know, they might be in a good mood.

You really should have gone 3 or 4 weeks ago.

Try it would be my advise too.

Samui can be very friendly.

If you pay the 5000 baht they demand instead of the official 1.900 baht.

Samui can be very friendly.

If you pay the 5000 baht they demand instead of the official 1.900 baht.

Used to be upwards of 10,000 bht so 5000 is very good but think you will have to take a trip to penang as Samui have clamped down of late
